Description
The Contractor shall provide on-call, as-needed, or emergency diagnostic and repair services at Mad River Hatchery including 4 residences. Repair services shall include, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, septic and sewer, domestic water purification systems, mechanical, electrical, roofing, flooring and miscellaneous infrastructure repair. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 6/30/24.
