Description

The Contractor shall provide on-call, as-needed, or emergency diagnostic and repair services at four (4) CDFW owned/operated fish hatchery facilities including 26 residences. Services shall include, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, septic and sewer, domestic water purification systems, mechanical, electrical, roofing, flooring and miscellaneous infrastructure repair. The services shall be performed at four (4) locations within Shasta, Siskiyou and Trinity Counties: Job 1. Crystal Lake Hatchery, 40158 Baum Lake Road, Cassel, Shasta County Job 2. Darrah Springs Hatchery, 29661 Wildcat Road, Paynes Creek, Shasta County Job 3. Mt. Shasta Hatchery, 3 North Stage Road, Mt Shasta, Siskiyou County Job 4. Trinity River Hatchery, 1000 Hatchery Rd, PO Box 162, Lewiston, Trinity County. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 6/30/24.
