Price Quote for Janitorial Services, Los Angeles County, CA

Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, user materials, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein. 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3. The services shall be performed at the following five (5) Caltrans facilities in Los Angeles County: A. East Region Office – 1940 South Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601. This building which, is approximately 3745 square feet and includes mostly carpeted area (break room and restrooms are tiled floors). B. Monrovia Maintenance Facility – 850 East Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA 91016. This building is approximately 4072 square feet and includes all tiled floors. C. Rosemead Maintenance Facility – 9153 Lower Azusa Road, Rosemead, CA 91770. This building is approximately 3000 square feet and includes all tiled floors. D. Diamond Bar Maintenance Facility – 21420 Golden springs Road, Walnut, CA 91789. This building is approximately 3630 square feet and includes all tiled floors. E. Pomona Maintenance Facility – 2650 South Garey Avenue, Pomona, CA 91766. This building is approximately 6500 square feet and includes all tiled floors. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 8/31/23.
