Description

Contractor will clean sidewalks and adjacent slope walls along selected high-traffic pedestrian corridors and City gateways. Cleaning shall include removal of all debris and power washing with high pressure water. The following four locations within the City of Sacramento will be cleaned: 1. 16th St (both sides), between C St and North B St; 2. 12th St (west side, only), between C St and North B St.; 3. H St (north side, only) east of 57th Ave, under the UPRR/Elsa Ave overcrossing; 4. 7th St Extension (both sides), north of F St, under the UPRR overcrossing. Any contract resulting from this bid shall be effective from date of award through midnight, June 30, 2024.
