Description
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Removal of hazardous materials from work area, removal and replacement of existing roof systems including the low-slope built-up roof system and the steep-sloped asphalt shingle system, removal and replacement of existing internal metal gutters and downspouts, removal and replacement of existing wood fascia, repair substrate, flash existing pipe and conduit penetrations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is 120 calendar days.
