The Agency acquired title to a portion of the property located at this address as a result of its acquisition of Parcel 111, in fee, and of Parcel 801, a perpetual drainage easement, for FDOT District 3’s future SR 263 road improvement project. The parent tract contained 23.484 acres, the area of Parcel 111 is 2.599 and the area of Parcel 801 is 0.243 acres. The majority of the site improvements, concrete and asphalt to be demolished are located on Parcel 111.No demolition is to occur beyond the property boundaries of Parcels 111 and 801. Bonds Required.
