Description
General Construction: 20%; WBE 5%; HUD Sec 3. Touchstone Property Services, Inc. (TPS) hereby solicits and requests proposals from qualified contractors to provide work order services. The proposed fees are all-inclusive of all related costs that the successful proposer will incur to provide the noted services.
