Door and Automatic Gate Repair, Maintenance and Replacement, North Hempstead, NY

The Town of North Hempstead is seeking qualified vendors to bid on the maintenance, repair and replacement of Doors throughout the Town. There are four parts to this Bid. The Town is seeking vendors to service pull-up/roll-up Steel Doors, standard entrance doors, automatic sliding doors, and automatic garage doors and gates. Work is to include troubleshooting, repairing, general maintenance and replacements. The contractor must be able to provide emergency repair within four (4) hours of notice and regular maintenance and service must be completed within one week. Contractor shall use the most up-to-date materials being manufactured; no obsolete materials shall be allowed. All parts shall be new and must be equal to or better than the original equipment.
