Generator Servicing, Repair and Maintenance, North Hempstead, NY

The Town of North Hempstead is seeking qualified contractors to bid on the servicing, repair, and maintenance of a wide variety of Generators at various Town buildings on an on-call basis as required. This is a requirements contract. From time to time the Town is need of the servicing, repair and maintenance of Generators, and related equipment at its facilities. Services must include: provide maintenance and servicing of various brands of generators located throughout the Town, generator brands include, but are not limited to: Generac, Cummins, Onan, Kohler, Multiquip, Magna, John Deere, and Chicago Pneumatic. The servicing of generators includes the manual and automatic transfer switches, including remote panels for communications, the Town reserves the right to add, remove or replace generators on this list, contractor must have certified technicians on staff and be able to provide factory certified parts for the aforementioned brands. When repairing or replacing any components in a system, the contractor shall use the most up-to-date materials being manufactured.
