Description
This project consists of the construction of two new office spaces, hallways, a storage room and all appurtenant work within an existing open expansion area on the second floor of the Hesperia City Hall. The Work includes all required modifications and/or relocations to existing facilities required to accommodate the new construction, such as electrical, mechanical, fire protection, security, signage, specialties, etc. All work required to construct the improvements, as generally described on the project plans, complete and in place and fully functional and operational, shall be included.
