Description
The Trinity River Authority of Texas is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform grounds care and maintenance at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) facility located at 6500 W. Singleton Blvd., Dallas, TX. This specification will cover all specified landscaping for the exterior levee, perimeter easement, lift stations, and ornamental beds and shrubbery at the front of the facility, including the administration and purchasing warehouse buildings as noted by location on the site plans. Questions must be submitted to the Purchasing department. Bidders are specifically instructed not to contact Authority personnel directly.
