Description
The Contractor shall retain professional personnel who have successfully and competently provided municipal facility HVAC maintenance and repair services on projects of similar scope and complexity. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to develop and implement a routine maintenance program to effectively maintain, to the satisfaction of the City representative, all aspects of HVAC systems in City defined facilities. For the purpose of this contract, routine preventative HVAC maintenance shall be defined as quarterly scheduled routine inspection and proactive servicing of HVAC systems to facilitate heating/cooling with a minimal downtime. On-call, as-needed services (24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year) will be for unplanned, and/or emergency repair services, as listed in the Service Specifications. Questions are due no later than July 20th @ 2:00 pm. All work by the contractor will be billed at prevailing wage. Bonds required.
