Description
The Project consists of: Concrete entry walkways, painting exterior metal, painting
exterior wood trim, wood trim repairs/replacements, metal railing replacement, exterior
shutter replacement, light fixture replacements, and related work including ACM
abatement. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building
Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed
DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Sub bids will be received until July 8, 2021 at 4:00pm. Sub trades include Waterproofing, Damp proofing and Caulking, Painting, and Electrical. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub Bidder’s Update Statement.
