Description
The Scope of Work of this Request for Bids includes the following trades: Elevators. The on-site construction start date for the Project is July 1, 2022. Substantial Completion shall occur no later than July 31, 2023, for Elevators. The Trade Work covered by this RFB will begin on or about July 1, 2022 and shall be complete no later than July 31, 2023. Prequalification required. Deadline for questions is July 2, 2021 by 5:00pm. Construction: MBE participation goal 4.2% ; WBE participation goal 8.8% Construction workforce: Minorities: 15.3%; Women: 6.9%.
