Description
Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of water closets at living units, public, and office restrooms at two high rise elderly/disabled developments. Water closets, flanges, nuts and bolts, supply lines for floor mounted rear discharge, wall mounted, standard and accessible type water closets. Work will be in occupied spaces. The work being entirely plumbing it is anticipated that the Plumbing Contractor will be the prime contractor. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) in the following category of work: Prime / Plumbing and must submit a current DCAM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed Update Statement (CQ3).
