The County of Santa Barbara Public Works Department, Roads Division through its Purchasing Agent, invites bids for Permanent Bituminous Cold Patch Material per attached Quotation Worksheet 4.1 and Specifications located on Attachment A. The material shall be supplied in four specific blends for Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall to accommodate anticipated climate conditions.
