Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this parking lot maintenance & repairs project in accordance with the contract documents. Project components include a base bid - Acequia Parking Lot and 3 Additive Bids (B, C & D) involving the Liberty Drive Thru, Plaza South Parking Lot and Airport Drive Parking Lot. Alternate Pricing with the Pulverization Option should be reviewed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
