Description
The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: on Sable from Crosspoint to Emberglow, then across State Route 133 (SR-133), over Marshburn Channel, to the Venta Spur trail along City of Irvine
and Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) maintenance access road towards Novel Park. Work includes Cold milling, roadway excavation and paving; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, concrete curb, gutter, curb ramps, driveways and sidewalk; grading and construction of check dams, riprap protection and storm drain pipe and structures; retaining wall; utility protection, relocation, cooperation and coordination; pavement delineation and signing; traffic signal modification; construction and adjustment of IRWD and other utility facilities; adjusting valve covers and manhole covers to grade, and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the Special Provisions. Reference attached IFB Document. Prevailing Wages and Bonds. 190 working days performance.
