Replace all roof underlayment, shingles, rake and eave flashing, vent, sleeves, and collars, fascia boards, and add an approved moisture protection material and all incidentals. The existing barracks building was constructed in 1936 and recent lead-based paint sampling and testing was completed, and the fascia boards were shown to have lead-based paint.
