Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) has established a contracting
opportunity to provide all labor and materials for the Rehabilitation of WMATA Parking Facilities as outlined in the Solicitation documents. Rehabilitation of WMATA Parking Facilities includes repair of civil, structural, architectural, plumbing and electrical defects due to aging of the facilities. Project notice to proceed: 8/9/21, completion in 1,410 calendar days. DBE goal 25%. Q&A due by 6/30/21. Bonds required. Living wages apply.
