Description
The successful Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor and incidentals to perform the following work: Installation of a new, Shingled Roof. Contractor shall remove all shingles on the roof and replace with a quality 30 year shingle. PRIOR to commencing work, Contractor will obtain all proper permits from the Code Enforcement Officer at 343 West Main St, Malone, NY or Installation of a new, Metal Roof over existing single-layered shingled roof. Prior to commencing work, Contractor will obtain all proper permits from the Code Enforcement Officer at 343 West Main St, Malone, NY. Contractors are encouraged to take measurements and make an assessment for the bid and are welcome to come to the Malone Village Offices, 343 West Main St., Malone, NY, and assess the job. The Owner requires the Project to be commenced before November 2021. Prevailing wages
