The construction of a new pool house building includes office space, lifeguard break room, men's and women's locker and shower rooms, restrooms, and outdoor recreation and lap pool, ADA parking and access ramp, concrete pool deck, pump house to house all pool mechanical equipment and landscape and irrigation improvements. Time to complete is 260 working days.
