Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction/ The Vertical Construction Services MA IDIQ contracts will allow DPW - FB to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction projects on real property at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. During the contract period, the Government will identify construction tasks required to complete each specific project. These tasks will include new minor construction, Maintenance and Repair (M&R) related to variety of trades such: carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, masonry, demolition, roadwork, storm drainage, earthwork, welding, construction of new structures or facilities, energy conservation, environmental, logistical, operational type work and other general construction work.
