Description
Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Proposals No. 21-090 seeking Proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide design-build services for the Hydrogen Fueling Station for Fuel Cell Electric Buses. The Scope of Work for this Project includes the following design-build services to deploy a hydrogen fueling station at Foothill Transit’s Pomona facility to fuel FCEBs: (1) preparation of the final design document, (2) coordinating a third-party safety plan review by the Hydrogen Safety Panel, (3) acquiring all of the necessary permits, and (4) construction of the Project in accordance with the final design documents. A detailed Scope of Work is included in Part III of the RFP. Additionally, a three-year O&M service agreement and fuel supply contract is included in the full scope of services provided by the Contractor. Questions due no later than 2:00 PM on July 15th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
