Description
Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination and incidentals necessary to complete work as described in the Contract Documents. The work to be performed generally includes, but is not limited to the following: Connect north and south sections of Hawkeye street, with asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, patterned concrete parkstrip, concrete speed table, and other improvements. Other work normally encountered during construction on improved and unimproved properties. Bonds required.
