Description
The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary or required to complete the work in all respects as shown on the plans and as herein specified. All work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents that may be necessary to complete the construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by contractor as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to owner. Work for this contract comprises general construction which includes parking lot rehabilitation including removal of existing asphalt pavement and installation of new base course and HMA. Bonds required.
