The scope of work to be performed under this Contract includes but is not strictly limited to: 1.Replastering, resurfacing and repairs of swimming pools, wading pools, pool lifts, slopped entries, transfer walls, transfer stairs, pool stairs, decks and other surrounding surfaces. Repair and replacement of pool tile and coping stone. Repair, maintenance, installation and replacement of all pool equipment including all ADA and Special Feature equipment either currently installed or to be installed. 2.Seasonal, unscheduled and/or emergency cleaning of swimming pools. 3.Winterizing of swimming pools and associated equipment. 4.Caulking of swimming pools joints and cracks. 5.Repair and/or replacement of filter systems. 6.Repairs and/or replacement of main drains, returns, vacuum lines and skimmers. 7.Pressure testing of all related pool lines and systems. 8.Repair and replacement of underwater lighting fixtures. 9.Repairs of pool shell. 10.Repair and/or replacement of main drain return skimmer and vacuum pipe lines. 11.Repair or replacement of pot pump and motors. 12.Repair or replacement of deck ladders, anchors and other deck equipment. 13.Provide emergency repair to swimming pools and associated mechanical systems and equipment. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
