Description
UCFS is requesting bids to replace AHU-12 with a different style air handler. New air handler shall have separate heating and cooling coils. New air handler shall be connected to existing ductwork. Proposal must include: removal and disposal of old unit, new air handler with hot water coil, connections to ductwork, refrigerant piping and heat piping. All wiring and drain connections. Permits, all labor and materials required to complete this project. Deadline for questions is July 14, 2021.
