Description
The University of Virginia Medical Center seeks to obtain a slate of general contracting firms capable to perform construction, renovation or improvement projects. These pre-selected firms are then qualified to be a part of the Medical Center On-Demand Program for construction procurements. The projects may be comprised of, but not limited to, Competitive Sealed Bidding and Emergency Projects where the low bid will determine the selection of the contractor. The initial umbrella contract will be for a term of two years with options to renew the contract for up to three additional one-year terms. Bonds required.
