Description
UCFS is requesting bids to install ductless heat pump systems for 12 dental exam rooms. Indoor units shall be ceiling mounted. Outdoor units shall be located on the roof. Bid must include installation of four dedicated 30 amp 208 volt circuits approximately 150 ft. from electric panels in our Bettor Choice space, and four NEMA 3r roof top disconnects. Bid should also include all roof work, including all permits and building fees. Please note: Due to roofing warranty bidders must include price from Connecticut Restoration for roof work. Deadline for questions is July 9, 2021.
