Description
United Community and Family Services, Norwich, CT is seeking bids for the following: Removal of selected window sash and preparation of existing openings for installation of new window jambs and window sash, sill and trim repair, and painting of sash and window trim. Alternates may be incorporated into the work are as follows: Base Bid will include only the front portion of the house- twenty windows, Alternate 1-Provide and install 47 additional windows as delineated in the window schedule and on the drawings. Alternate 2- Provide and install new louvered wood shutters on twenty (20) windows, with associated finishing and hardware installation. Deadline for questions is July 23, 2021.
