Description

The Work of this Contract under the Base Bid generally includes the following: Pump Replacement - Replacement of two FOG pumps and equipment pads.Coordination with Owner's system integrator to connect the new equipment with theplant SCADA system. Rock Trap - Replacement of the existing rocktrap/grinder unit with a larger rocktrap,including associated piping, fittings, and valves. FOG Screen Installation - installation of a new FOG screen and of the existingassociated piping, fittings, and valves. Coordination with Owner's system integrator toconnect the new equipment with the plant SCADA system. • Radar level instruments - installation of a redundant radal level instrument on each FOGtank. Install a grease and mist eliminator filter upstream of each carbon canister on each FOGvent pipe. FOG Access Road Improvements - construction and regrading of the drain inlet area,widening of road to improve truck access, curb modifications, and landscaping rock toblock offload traffic. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages
