Description
The Sunrise Water Authority (Sunrise) seeks sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the site preparation and mass earthwork associated with Sunrise Water Authority's new Operations Facility at the northeast corner of the intersection of Southeast 172nd Avenue and Southeast Armstrong Circle in Happy Valley, Oregon. The work is located on parcel 23E07A 00700 and the graded area encompasses approximately 3.6 acres. The work includes clearing and grubbing, mass earthwork to prepare the site for final improvements, stockpiling, conditioning, and placement of on-site soils, rock placement for future paved and building areas, and temporary stabilization of the site upon completion of grading activities. Temporary erosion and sediment controls shall be implemented in accordance with the project's 1200-C permit with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
