The work will include but is not limited to soil erosion and sediment control measures, clearing site, grading and earthwork, drainage improvements, installation of flatwork, installation of various site amenities and accessories, playground rubber safety surfacing, restroom/concession building, site lighting and electric and landscaping. The entire Project shall be constructed within Staib Park. No work associated with this Project shall occur outside these Project limits. The Contractor will abide by conditions and requirements for the scope of work. Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials may be if and where directed items by the Owner. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this Project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 140 calendar days for completion of the work from the Notice to Proceed, with various completion milestones, which is further defined in the Special Conditions and Contract sections of the Specifications.
