Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services -Terminal 2 Concession Spaces Program. Raleigh-Durham Airport, NC

The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (Authority) invites firms that may be interested in providing Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services to the Authority in connection with the development, construction, and tenant upfit of concession spaces in Terminal 2 of the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU or Airport), collectively referred to as the “Program,” to submit qualifications for furnishing such services. A preliminary description of the first three concession spaces that are anticipated to be developed and constructed in connection with the Program is included in Attachment 4. Up to twelve (12) additional concession spaces may be developed and constructed in connection with the Program, subject to funding availability and approval by the Authority. The Authority may package these spaces (or various elements of the spaces) into multiple Scopes of Work as described in the proposed Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager at Risk, which will be provided in the form of an addendum to this Request for Qualifications.
