Description
The project generally consists of the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the removal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and demolition of all pavement, abandoned underground utility lines, and structures located at 422, 426, 428, 430, and 432 Church Street and adjacent parking lot in preparation for the construction of the Church Street Parking Deck. The proposed project consists of the demolition and removal of all structures at this site in accordance with the attached plans and specifications. The site shall be prepared for the construction of a four-story parking deck. Work shall be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days after the commencement date specified in the notice to proceed. Insurance Required. Bonds.
