Description
The Project involves all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies required for replacement of seven (7) air handling units in the Delta Building. This will include replacing two (2) fresh air fans and two (2) dampers. We will also need AHU controls removed from existing units and reinstalled on new units and reconnected to the Siemens BAS System. All controls are currently in operation. There are Reheat units that control several areas in this building, there are 24 reheat units. All reheats have Siemens control valves that will be
reused. All reheating units will need to be replaced. Contractors will supply Merv 13 air filters with one replacement set. All disturbed insulation will be repaired. Substantial Completion of the Project shall occur on or before December 31, 2021. Bonds required. HUB Subcontracting plan.
