Description
The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of the work shown on the plans and described in specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Concrete sidewalk, driveways, ADA ramps, curbs.
Asphalt and porous asphalt pavement. Sanitary sewer and stormwater piping and appurtenances. Minor water system adjustments. Grading, tree removal, temporary erosion control, temporary traffic control.
Vegetated stormwater planters, street trees. Pavement marking, signage. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
