Description
Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies and supervision necessary to replace a total of Four Hundred Forty-four (444) interior doors and Forty-nine (49) exterior doors. The Contractor shall be required to replace all existing locksets as specified. All interior lockset cores shall be re-used and all exterior door lockset cores shall be new and furnished by the Contractor for HCPS to install. The Contractor shall remove and re-install all existing intruder alarm contacts as required. All existing locksets and exit devices removed by the Contractor shall be stored on site to allow HCPS to remove and dispose of / re-install the existing lock cores and claim viable hardware prior to the Contractor disposing of the obsolete hardware. The Contractor shall refer to the provided floor plan and door schedule for clarification. The project is located at 6901 Messer Rd, Richmond, VA 23231. Bonds required.
