Batiste Court Road Improvements, Carrollton, VA

Isle of Wight County is requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction services for the Batiste Court Improvements project. The project consists of full depth mill and overlay asphalt pavement with full depth pavement section reconstruction for small areas, cleaning of curb and gutter, DI’s, swales, replacement of CG-6 and clean and seal existing cracks, cracks greater than 1/8” to be sealed with Type B emulsion asphalt and application of IM and SM asphalt. This project shall be constructed in accordance with the VDOT 2016 Road and Bridge Specifications, including all supplements approved and adopted by VDOT thru January 2021. All materials used shall be from the VDOT pre-approved list and Contractor is to provide documentation of materials sourcing and tracking. This project will be constructed and documented in accordance with the latest Virginia LAP Manual. In order to have bids considered all bidders must be on the VDOT pre-qualified list.
