Description
This full service maintenance agreement bid request covers the three (3) elevators,
three (3) incline lifts and one (1) portable vertical lift located at the facilities listed in the specifications. Bidders shall have a minimum ten year record of successful experience in the business of installing and/ or servicing elevators of the type covered by these specifications. Subcontracting shall not be allowed. The contractor shall be allowed to make system repairs as needed with approval by school system designee in all schools. The contract shall be for an initial period of twelve (12) months beginning July 1, 2021, and may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year periods if agreeable to both parties.
