Description
The work under the resulting contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and all items and services of every nature, whether particularly mentioned or not in this solicitation, as required to provide the services as specified, herein. This project is U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development CDBG Grant funded and contingent upon funding availability; therefore, all federal rules and regulations related to such funding will apply. Term of the contract: shall be sixty (60) calendar days with the effective date of the date of the Homeowner’s signature. Insurance Required. Bonds.
