Description
The project consists of clearing and grubbing (less than ½ acre), rough grading, erosion control measures, drainage improvements, approximately 500 LF of concrete sidewalk with 2 ADA ramps, installation of a Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon system, 93 LF of curb and gutter, asphalt roadway resurfacing, and miscellaneous site improvements as detailed in the bid form and on the Project Plans. The Work will be substantially completed within 50 days after the date when the Contract Times commence. Insurance Required. Bonds.
