Description
Exterior Sealant Replacement: Removal of existing elastomeric sealant at sealant conditions. Partial Removal of glazing unit gasketing to be replaced. Taping glazing area where gasketing is removed to provide clean fillet joint. Surface cleaning and prep for new sealant joints. Installation of backer rods or bond breaker tape, and elastomeric sealant. Repair of broken or cracked stone panels, including but not limited to: Cleaning, prepping and filling of areas of spalling. Cleaning, prepping, reinforcing, and filling cracks. Replacement of panels that are unable to be repaired. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
