Wayland Arms Electrical Panel Replacement Re-Bid, Auburn, WA

The Project is for panel replacement of sixty panels. The Contractor is to perform abatement according to hazmat report, removal of selected existing panels, install in-wall wiring and surface mounted conduit from existing panel to new panel location. The old panel will now become a junction box for the new installation. Contractor to take into account that the exterior wall system of the apartments is CMU block. Contractor will be responsible for all routing, attachment and connections based on this wall system. After panel installation the Contractor will reconnect existing conductors. Contractor to provide and install ACFI type breakers as code requires. Field verify feed location to match existing conditions and to ensure conductors are sufficient length for re-termination. Provide and install new GFCI outlets in kitchen and bathrooms. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
