Description
Elements of the Work include, but are not limited to: Base Bid: Construction of Off-Leash Area Drainage Improvements, including but not limited to: stabilize erosion, improve drainage and conveyance, install outfalls, fencing, grading, swales, rock walls, install and maintain temporary off-leash area, mulch and hydroseed restoration, and other stormwater control measures. Additive #1: Accessibility Improvements: Install site improvements to meet current accessibility requirements including parking lot modifications, adjustment to north double-gated entry, site grading, accessible asphalt path, site furniture, and signage.
