Description
Replacement of the Federal Pacific Stab-Loc electrical panel. The current panels are original, and all are Federal Pacific Stab-Loc. The panels will be replaced with code compliant panel and breaker. Installation of a single-head ductless heat pump in 15 units. The contractor will use existing wiring, from baseboard, to power the unit. The contractor will provide a surge suppressor with each unit. Each unit will be installed with a wireless wall-mounted thermostat. Unit installed must have a Minimum-Maximum Capacity rating for the living space and environment installed. Quality line hide. Good appearance. Indoor head cannot be pushed into corner due to sensors and air movement. All building penetrations will be sealed airtight. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
