Description
The work generally consists of the restoration of storm damage to the approximate 9,650 square foot building’s exterior building envelope including replacement of the built-up roofing system, including restoration and repair of interior finishes and building Mechanical and Electrical components. Alternate Bid Items include additional miscellaneous Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical improvements and work that is not particularly related to storm damage that the Owner wishes to possibly pursue during the Hurricane Restoration Project Construction period. Insurance Required. Bonds
