Description
Work will include examining existing basement interior area to determine the best method to stop water infiltration. If needed: excavate the exterior perimeter of the building to install/replace foundation drain tile and waterproofing membrane, replacement/install of interior under-slab drain pipe and tile, new masonry and restoring landscaping disturbed by foundation excavation. Q&A due by 4pm, 7/16/21. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
