Description
The Work will consist of the demolition of four (4) single-story buildings at the County’s Parkmoor Campus. The scope entails demolition of superstructure, slab and grade stabilization, and removal of trees. Hydroseeding and fencing will be required to secure the site until future development. Utilities will need to be disconnected and secured. Stormwater Pollution Prevention (SWPP) will be required. Bonds, Prevailing Wages and Insurance.
